Shelter

Haven House has 31 beds available for women and children who are homeless due to domestic violence. While in the shelter, adult survivors have the opportunity to safety plan and set goals for their families. They may join a peer support group and will be assigned an advocate to help with community referrals. Shelter is available at no cost and women and children are accepted on a first come-first served basis. If you feel you are in need of shelter services, it’s mandatory that you call the 24 hour hotline to make a plan with the shelter staff.
